Previous studies showed that a mouse can sing. The neurobiologist Erich Jarvis and his colleagues Gustavo Arriaga and Eric Zhou goes go a step ahead with their new study. After examining the sounds that mice make, they found that male mice sing songs with melodies and repeated phrases to court a female mice, thus having the ability to change the notes they produce.
