The customs office in Dalian, Liaoning Province in China introduced a new method
for practicing the perfect smile.
Specifically, customs police officers in
Dalian are taught a ''smiling course'', with the use of chopsticks. How do they
do it? They hold the chopsticks between their teeth and try to smile!
