The first skydiver to break speed of sound


Austrian Felix Baumgartner has become the first skydiver to break sound barrier, reaching an estimated speed of 1342 km per hour above New Mexico. He also smashed the world record for the highest ever freefall. He jumped out of a balloon from a distance of 39km. He was in freefall for 4 minutes and 19 seconds.
